We are looking for FOH PARTNER to be assigned at Buffalo's Wings N' Things located at SM City Clark Pampanga.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help the team execute day-to-day operations in line with the Restaurant's Quality Service and Standards.
Ensure customers' satisfaction by providing excellent and professional service.
Ensure co-workers' and customers' health and safety in the workplace.
Execute BWNT Service & Hospitality Touchpoints consistently.
Master and execute BWNT Service and Hospitality Standards.
Deliver GIFTS to BWNT customers in an excellent manner:
