What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Be the face of Truepill to our existing and prospective customers and build long-term trusted relationships across all levels
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Unblock and find resolution for day-to-day hurdles that customers may face working with the cross-functional team at Truepill - Operations, Product/Engineering, Network, Legal, Procurement, Finance & Accounting
  • Strategic thought partner to customers: Work closely with customer leadership to identify growth levers and expansion opportunities
  • Evolve Account Management & Strategy Function: Build out new processes and strategies for growing relationships across all accounts
  • Lead New Customer Onboarding: Manage deployments for some of our largest and most complex customers, overseeing technical integration and development of custom product features and workflows
  • Drive Cross-functional Programs: Lead large, cross-functional projects and implementation of strategic plans, building consensus with senior leaders across the organization
  • Inform Product and Services Roadmap: Identify customer pain points with Truepill products and services
  • Leverage this information to partner with Product, Engineering and Operational leads internally to inform and prioritize product and operational changes
  • Uncover Business Insights: Analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, Product Management, Customer Success or Strategic Analytics
  • Strong analytical, organization and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and succeeding in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and cross-functional organizational skills
  • Experience with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from analysis (experience in SQL, Tableau highly preferred)
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Previous healthcare industry experience in a high-growth or early-stage start-up is a plus
