Summary of Position

 Our Business Application team’s mission is to empower customers and employees to be productive and successful through our technical solutions and solution delivery. We also invest in new business line expansions and integration with both internal and external systems.

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator in the Business Applications team, you will be responsible for day-to-day B2B Commerce maintenance, user support, and assist in related Salesforce initiatives. We work as a small collaborative team to build out and optimize our Salesforce instance, starting with Commerce Cloud. Our current Salesforce platform consists of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and B2B Commerce. If you are interested in enhancing our customer facing commerce system, gaining new skills and adding immediate value in a rapidly expanding environment this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with ongoing Salesforce (B2B Commerce Cloud) administration and configuration: creating products, promotions, source codes, coupons, sales tax, merchandising and configuration of security and users.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy via reports, dashboards, data cleansing and data uploads.
  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
  • Lead end users during UAT and regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues.
  • Train internal customers to manage the storefront and recommend best practices.
  • Use advanced Salesforce features and best practices to design and guide the change process from current to future state.
  • Manage organizational configuration management.
  • Lead/Support cross Salesforce ecosystem coordination and control process management
  • Support CI/CD following industry standards and Salesforce best practices.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years Salesforce administration related experience and Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Certified Platform Application Builder certification preferred.
  • Experience with designing and enhancing workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, custom objects, custom settings, SSO configuration, profiles & permission sets, reports, and dashboard development.
  • Experience with data analysis, and data flow analysis between systems.
  • Passion for technology, Salesforce, and enjoys solving business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud is strongly desired.
  • Certified in SalesForce CRM and SalesForce B2B Lightning.

Reporting Relationships

 Will ultimately report to the Director of SalesForce Center of Excellence. In the interim this role will report to the CIO.

Work Environment

Full-Time, authorized to work in the US, remote work environment, and up to 20% travel.
