Customer Experience Coordinator (Seasonal)

We are currently looking for temporary seasonal employees with strong customer service experience and a team-oriented spirit to provide exceptional service to our subscribers. You will respond to customers inquiries regarding billing, product information, technical support, and general programming information in this fast-paced environment. 

To qualify, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, have excellent communications skills, the ability to handle multiple duties and must be a team player. Previous customer service experience is required with technical, product knowledge that is resolution oriented.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • General technical support skills 
  • General navigation knowledge of connected and mobile devices
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule (including nights and weekends)

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is an hourly rate of $17.00 to $20.00 The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
