Core Responsibilities

Contribute and lead a team of LCI Consultants to:

  • Drive productivity dialogues and actions that improve resource utilization
  • Develop and mature the global LCI knowledge base and LCI capabilities implementation in the business area
  • Contribute to the global LCI network that supports and drives the global and regional ambition for the business area
  • Support development and deployment of the business plans and strategic direction in business area
  • Support and implementation of global and local LCI agenda and activities
  • Build LCI capabilities (mentality, structures and competencies) in the business area globally that lead to improvements in: Resource utilization, Customer value understanding, Processes and standardization, Visual management, Problem Solving - Root Causing, as well as Involvement and Engagement of employees
  • Contribute to the overall global LCI strategy within TLG
  • Provide LCI coaching and sparring to senior leaders in the business area
  • Ensure that global LCI standards are used in team and that they are sharing findings and raising improvement ideas to Process owners
  • Advise, develop and mentor team in technical LCI issues and challenges

Do you have what it takes

  • A handful of years experience with Lean/OPEX/CI implementation experience in a relevant environment
  • Experience of working with senior leaders to secure mandate and support for creating a continuous improvement culture.
  • Experience as an internal or external consultant/coach at senior leadership level
  • An expert in continuous improvement tools and techniques across different functions within an international corporation and familiar with systems thinking
  • Experience in managing small teams or managing large projects and ability to lead by example and drive motivation of team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ease of becoming a trusted advisor at all organizational levels
  • Disciplined and forward thinking
  • Some global travel should be expected (about 10 days)
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

The position is based in Billund, DK and relocation support is not offered for this role.
