The Channel & Shopper Marketing (CSM) team will be at the forefront of driving multifaceted and impactful marketing strategies across both online and offline channels. The CSM team will support all LEGO campaigns and critical customer initiatives, ensuring our brand shines brightly everywhere. By staying closely connected to our consumers, the team will build a cohesive and engaging marketing experience that drives growth and excitement for LEGO China across all channels.
The key purpose of this role is to further develop the joint sales and marketing partnership with customers. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of offline retailers’ business, phenomenal skills of portfolio and campaign planning and executions.
Core Responsibilities
- Evolve offline B2B channel Marketing strategies, priorities and resources allocation in line with emerging B2B business needs.
- Formulate customers’ shopper activities to support offline B2B business growth with designed calendar
- Owner to plan budgets and lead all aspects of budget to be spent effectively and ensure all projects are completed to brief on time and within budget.
- Manage required content design and production to support GTM campaigns.
- Team up with KAMs, Channel Heads and involve in joint business plans.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred and MBA or master as a plus.
- 8+ years of validated experience in marketing related area.
- Strong business understanding of the channel/trade market, especially emerging B2B market
- Strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent ability to build long lasting relations.
- Strong collaborative relationships with business leaders and partners at senior levels to ensure alignment and synergy across different functions.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin in both oral and written.
