The Channel & Shopper Marketing (CSM) team will be at the forefront of driving dynamic and impactful marketing strategies across both online and offline channels. The CSM team will support all LEGO campaigns and critical customer initiatives, ensuring our brand shines brightly everywhere. By staying closely connected to our consumers, the team will build a cohesive and engaging marketing experience that drives growth and excitement for LEGO China across all channels.

Core Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for in-depth analysis of EC platforms shopper behavior data, uncovering user needs, consumption habits, and market trends, etc.

  • Analyze Shopper behavior patterns, consumption habits, and preferences.
  • Identify characteristics of different shopper segments to help other functions accurately target its audience.
  • Regularly produce data analysis reports, providing insights into shopper behavior and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams (especially Marketing teams and Channel teams) to ensure data analysis results optimally support business decisions.

Do you have what it takes?

  • 8+ years of solid experience in related area is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or related fields would be preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.
  • Strong EC business understanding
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data analysis results into understandable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin in both oral and written.
