Core Responsibilities

  • Develop EC different key accounts’ performance marketing strategies and budget planning with strong insight and understanding of shopper profile and platform competition landscape
  • Collaborate with channel, platforms, partners and brand team to drive higher efficiency of performance marketing investment
  • Strong business acumen to navigate platform evolvement and strategies, to develop agile EC media plan can contribute the best to the business
  • Collaborate with shopper insight team to turn data insight into investment strategies
  • Build a high-performance team with strong engagement and great performance
  • Manage budget with subject area while agility to accommodate evolving business and deliver targeted result
  • Continue investment optimization with align internal resource and quick respond external involvement
  • Collaborate with channel leads to conduct Joint Business Planning (JBP) and identify new growth initiatives.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree is helpful and MBA or master as a plus.
  • 10+ years from well-known brands in FMCG or retail industry would be preferred
  • Solid knowledge of digital and eCommerce is required.
  • Proven experience of ecommerce media management either in-house or with leading agencies.
  • Know-how of ecommerce paid media from strategy to tactical level.
  • Deep insight and network into ecommerce platforms (like Tmall.com/Taobao.com, JD and other ecommerce platforms).
  • Strong business acumen of ecommerce and strong capability of data analytics and storytelling.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of working with platform and KAM are critical, has the ownership of business result delivery would be required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • People leadership consistent record of leading, enabling and developing high performing teams, championing and demonstrating diversity and inclusion.
  • Strong collaborative relationships with business leaders and partners at senior levels to ensure alignment and synergy across different functions.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin in both oral and written.
