Core Responsibilities
Craft the product vision, strategy, create the roadmap, and drive its execution with focus on OMNI activities in WeChat Mini Programs like Online to Offline reservations and online marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure transparency and alignment around priorities and landmarks.
Drive high quality prioritization and delivery in the product backlog.
Customer centric, seek quantitative and qualitative feedback, craft hypotheses on how to improve customer experiences, model the financial benefit and lead internal and external teams to develop and optimize digital products for improving the business results and customer value.
Guide a product from idea to prototype to productions. Handle the product lifecycle from concept to launch, lead initiatives that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products.
Ability to understand technical challenges and resource restrictions make educated trade-offs or provides alternative options.
Conduct market and product opportunity assessments and provide pursuit support for strategic new business opportunities.

In collaboration with a small group of other technical leaders in our organization this person can really enable our vision.
Do you have what it takes?
A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
6 or more years of Product Manager experience
Consumer related digital product experiences is a must, like WeChat Mini Program, App, EC.
Working experience in retail industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge about agile development technology and methodology.
Ability to think big and deep dive into details.
Proven track record to multi-task and get results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
Must be diligent to detail, flexible, and able to work concurrently on multiple initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the highest attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
Experience in an international business environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for others.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Bilingual with absolute proficiency in English
