We’re searching for a UX Research Intern to join our family. Our apps harmonizes live radio, artist stations, playlists, and podcasts, offering a personalized audio experience.

In this foundational role, you'll work closely with experienced UX researchers, learning to design and conduct user research that delivers impactful findings to enhance the user experience. You'll participate in design sprints and collaborate on cross-discipline teams, all while honing your skills in creating user-centered design solutions.

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in cross-discipline collaboration with UX designers, Product Managers and Engineers like team meetings.
  • Assist conducting research methods like user interviews, surveys, usability studies and concept testing to gather insights on user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
  • Help analyze qualitative and quantitative data from user research studies. This involves coding interview transcripts, identifying themes, and summarizing findings in reports.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research findings to stakeholders. This includes creating visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to illustrate key insights.

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

  • Pursing a BA/BS degree in User Experience (UX) Human Centered Design, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Social Science related fields.
  • Familiar with user experience platforms, like UserTesting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • An enthusiasm for digital product design and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
  • Experience with products in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Google products (Doc, Sheets, Slides)

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
