Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong

Core Responsibilities
1. Global Responsibility
Train other Global Job Trainers in order to develop and share best practice globally training through the use of standardized job training processes
Test and verify global improvements to ensure continuously improve best practice and align global standards
Participate in networking activities, within the site functional area and global functional areas
Participate in global workshops in order to keep alignment in training documentation and support training process in other sites
2. Local Responsibility
Prepare and train Local Job Trainers to be able to train the workforce and train and collaborate with vendors, by using the defined training methods, material and documentation, with focus on safety and quality
Prepare training documentation and the Local Job Trainers before conducting the trainings
Support Local Job Trainers to deliver training in practice by organizing and leading Train-the-Trainer activities in order to keep the Local Job Trainers informed about the changes/updates/training to secure alignment in local training and global standards
Take ownership of sustaining and developing own functional expertise (e.g. act as an operator of the line or Local Job Training for operators 4 days/month regarding Production needs)
3. Training Documentation
Ensure training materials are complete and accurate by creating and updating content in collaboration with Local Job Trainers and process owners (Engineering, Production, etc.)

Do you have what it takes?
Preferred candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; Technical Education or Training Certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years in Quality-related fields such as quality engineering, quality auditing, outgoing inspection, quality assurance, or customer service, combined with experience in learning and training activities.
Strong command of English.
Experience in delivering Quality-related training, including on-the-job demonstrations, is an advantage.
Strong, comprehensive communication abilities.
Skilled in using various IT software (SAP, Power BI, etc.).
Collaboration: Leads training activities for Local Job Trainers within the functional area, acting as a team player and role model in both global and local networks, collaborating with Master Trainers and Global Job Trainers.
Result orientation: Ensures the development of Local Job Trainers and contributes to building training programs within the functional area, while supporting the implementation of global strategic initiatives.
Functional expertise: Basic knowledge of the packing process (pre-pack and final pack production line), Novelty approval process, and Testing/Qualification of new pre-packing and final pack lines is a plus. Strong expertise in the functional area and the ability to translate this knowledge into effective training.

Soft skills: Strong skills in communication, feedback, organization, and a systematic approach.
Process-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel alone occasionally based on business needs.
Willing to work in shifts when needed.
