The role is sitting in Channel & Shopper Marketing team and reporting to Head of CSM. In addition, the role needs to provide administration supports to Head of Operations as well.
Core Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of this position is to support Head of Channel & Shopper Marketing (CSM) and Head of Operations on:
- Daily admin support.
- Calendar management.
- Travel management.
- Expense reimbursement.
- Meeting arrangement and meeting minutes.
- Business documentation and filing.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders.
This position will also provide logistic support to department events including
- Team building/team meeting/business meeting:
- Booking hotels and transportations.
- Coordinating the room arrangements.
- Contact window with external vendors and internal partners such as procurement, finance, etc.
- The incumbent is an integrated member within the China PA Group led by China Exe PA, to jointly and continuously improve the service level and standard, and also to back up and support each other when vital.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree would be preferred
- At least 5 years personal assistant experience to support senior leaders is preferred
- Outlook is a must
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive and reliable.
- Proficient PPT skills will be an advantage.
- Good skills in making presentations are a plus.
