Job Description

Are you passionate about supporting and optimizing warehouse operations and processes? Join us as a Warehouse Support Specialist and help build the iconic LEGO® bricks loved by millions worldwide!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Taking to ownership of reviewing the Warehouse processes to prevent safety or quality issues.

  • Seeking the overall needs of the business and connecting dots to make clear proposal of changes in processes or finalizing processes which are not clearly defined.

  • Supporting daily Warehouse business to work more efficiently.  

  • Driving root cause and problem solving activities in Warehouse to eliminate reoccurring troubles.  

  • Going beyond Warehouse ops. responsibilities to provide the best possible and effective service to customers (internal/external).

  • Supporting new process implementation by good and clear communication.

  • Collaborates with all departments as Packing, Moulding, Planning, Procurement.

Logistic within factory is of the key player to support all production departments. It starts with receiving of material, storage of material in the warehouse, supplying production lines and loading the finished products which goes to distribution center.  

Do you have what it takes?

  • Graduated from college – in any field.

  • Min. 3 years experience in warehousing or logistics.  

  • Great communications skills.

  • Experience with lean and/or continuous improvement and its tools.

  • Collaboration / stakeholder management. 

  • Autonomous and self-driven. 

  • Ability to solve complex problems – LEAN experience.  

  • Understands how a manufacturing company works. 

  • MS Office - advanced. 

  • Openness and willingness to learn.  

  • Advanced in English ( C1 level).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with project management.

  • Experience in similar position.
