LEGO GAME is seeking support for a growing marketing department supporting the LEGO gaming metaverse across a variety of experiences with main focus on helping out with marketing and communication.
Core Responsibilities
As a student worker in the LEGO GAME marketing team, you will:
- support stakeholders across LEGO GAME to ensure clear communication and alignment across marketing activations
- Co-ordination of dialogues with our channel owners to ensure marketing editorial plans are updated
- Creation and ownership of asset toolboxes
- Managing updates to the LEGO GAME marketing calendar to maximize visibility across the various stakeholders
- Supports with marketing asset approvals from partners to coordinate feedback & approvals across LEGO GAME (including Product, Marketing & Creative)
- Contribute with ideas & recommendations to further elevate our marketing plans

This opportunity is for someone who wants to connect with gamers by working across the lifecycle of a project from initial conception through the execution and delivery. You will play a vital role in delivering our marketing communications to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.
Do you have what it takes?
- It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
- Student at Bachelor or Master level in Marketing, Communication or similar studies will be preferred.
- An interest for the LEGO Group and a passion for video games.
- Wants to work in a fast paced and agile environment.
- Has attention to detail and a systematic approach to challenges.
- Eagerness to learning and be part of a global team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing project needs and deadlines.
- Familiarity with video game platforms like Roblox, Minecraft and Fortnite.
- English at fluent level is required as this is the standard office language.
