Job Description

As our student worker in Cost Management, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing agency by handling data, conducting analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve business challenges. You will be ensuring timely and high-quality execution of tasks while contributing to process improvements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Cost Management: Financial data flow validation, conciliations, reports, and validation, Governance, monitoring actuals and commitments, Support business teams process
  • Systems & tools: Improvement process of the financial automation, Guidance updates, Updating actuals and commitment
  • Cost tracking
  • Support to Purchase orders creation: Support across different activities: For our creatives and project managers and resources
  • Data input and overview tracking
  • Support to creative service and portfolio management under request

Our LEGO Agency (OLA) is the internal Advertising Agency of the LEGO Group. OLA consists of approx. 500 employees located across Denmark, USA, UK, China and Singapore.

OLA is a full-service agency servicing the internal business partners in the LEGO Company with all sorts of communication solutions. Our work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts to development of design and visual identity, packaging, product, and campaign related assets of all kinds.

Our purpose in Project Portfolio Planning & Resourcing is cost and resource management, portfolio and traffic management. Our LEGO Agency offers a unique opportunity for a passionate student who wants to be part of the Cost Management team.
