The Education Impact Lead for Denmark is responsible for expanding LEGO Education’s impact in the Danish market.

Core Responsibilities

With experience and a passion for making educational impact at scale, this role will:

  • Position Denmark as a showcase for educational impact in the application and use of Learning through Play and the LEGO Education solutions.

  • Be a key spokesperson for LEGO Education but also consider and use the needs and capabilities of the LEGO Foundation and the LEGO Group in the market.

  • Support a Go to Market (GTM) approach with cross functional partners in marketing and channel that enables LEGO Education to drive learning impact at scale.

  • Support channel sales opportunities as an education solution consultant to guide customers to develop the best possible implementation plans to deliver learning outcomes.

  • Build evidence of learning impact through work with successful schools, leverage these takeaways to inform our international impact storytelling approach.

  • Use your networking skills to identify key change agents within the Danish Education system and work with them to drive positive actionable change.

  • Be a spokesperson for LEGO Education at national (and sometimes European) events promoting the value of Learning through Play and LEGO Education solutions within the sector.

  • Use project management skills to ensure that all aspects of the GTM plan are implemented efficiently and in a compliant manner.

The LEGO Education International Marketing team delivers impactful awareness campaigns and marketing activations to build the LEGO Education brand in strategic markets, whilst equipping our reseller partners with the best tools to drive awareness and sales.

The Education Impact Lead for Denmark will maximise LEGO Education’s presence in its home nation. With the support of marketing and channel leads for the territory they will increase our presence and impact in the market through a variety of techniques: among others, capturing insights, research, and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations to support KAM, marketing, and local partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience (several years) of the education sector with proven ability to influence key senior stakeholders in the education space.

  • Ability to influence and impact a cross functional team. Excellent collaborator and teammate with strong focus on impact.

  • Ability to build a strategic plan and execute on it.

  • Excellent personal presence and a love of public speaking.

  • Experience (and passion) in area of applied STEAM learning.

  • Existing network within the Danish education sector. Experience of implementing and managing educator professional development programs.

  • Proficiency in both Danish and English is a prerequisite.
