You will be in the India & Emerging Asia business unit (IEA BU), focusing only on Indonesia. You are part of the BU marketing organization, which includes brand marketing, digital marketing, and trade marketing, all of which are reported to the Marketing Director for the BU. There is also a regional APAC marketing team to support BU marketing efforts.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead & influence a deep integration of the Digital agenda in marketing plans and activities by using the OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid) digital communication model to improve our awareness and engagement.
  • Be the subject matter authority for local digital marketing executions, helping create highly effective media plans.
  • Help enhance LEGO brand presence on owned digital platforms (LEGO.com, YouTube, Instagram, and SEM)
  • Be responsible for the LEGO Group's social media account in Indonesia, including the content calendar.
  • Provide guidance to our distributors in the development of impactful digital marketing campaigns linked to the aligned brand activation calendar and key insights.
  • Bring together information regarding the distributors digital executions and share analysis back to LEGO Singapore
  • Collaborate with multiple partners, including internal Marketing sub-teams and regional Marketing teams, in our company as well as in our distributors.
  • Drive digital marketing objectives, analyze marketing results vs objectives, and be curious to learn from other business units & other brands.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 5+ years' relevant marketing experience in digital marketing for consumer brands, preferable in branded goods industry in categories such as: Sports, Fashion/ Novelty Retail, FMCG, Snacks/Beverages
  • Strong strategic, digital and holistic end-to-end thinking—the ability to translate regional strategy into local priorities for Digital Marketing
  • Future thinking: be aware of trends and bring outside in perspective, translating them into test-and-learn pilots with local partners.
  • Strong collaborator, able to work across various internal functions and external partners, and strong ownership & Can-do attitude.
  • Drive for results: championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypothesis, a constantly learning mindset, strong analytical and evaluation skills and ability to turn learnings into action.
  • Future thinking: be aware of trends and bring outside in perspective, translating them into test & learn pilots with local partners
  • Strong collaborator and able to work across various internal functions and external partners.
  • Strong ownership & Can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills with analytical mind
  • Able to navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented mentality.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
