We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated ContentGeneration Lead to support and grow awareness of our Corporate and ContinuingEducation initiatives.
Reporting to the Director, Business Development –Corporate and Continuing Education, the Content Generation Lead is accountablefor developing and maintaining strategic multimedia content in support ofIndustry Solutions’ purpose and mission for both internal and externalaudiences. The Lead works closely with the Sales Enablement team, the Grants& Proposals team, the Corporate and Continuing Education Leadership team,NAIT Marketing and Communications, and works especially closely with the Director,Business Development - Corporate and Continuing Education.
Key Responsibilities:
The Lead is accountable to:
1. Develop and implement multimedia content for the Corporate andContinuing Education portfolio that includes:
a. Different forms of content including written, video, digital, graphical,social media, etc.
b. Strategic promotional content for internal and external partners andstakeholders
c. Conference and tradeshow coordination
d. Social media outreach
e. Current Corporate and Continuing Education website content
2. Ensure the Business Development and Corporate and Continuing Educationteams are fully prepared with the appropriate sales tools when they engage withclients/partners, including presentations, videos, and other promotionalcollateral tailored to individual partner/market/sector/scientific conferences.
3. Lead and/or provide input into strategies and plans such as:
a. Industry Solutions Objectives and Key Results
b. Social media strategy
c. Marketing and Communications Strategy
d. Annual industry membership selection and coordination
e. Represent Industry Solutions on NAIT marketing and communicationscommittees as required
4. Responsible for strategically allocating the annual operating budgetattached to this role.

Qualifications:
Related Degree or2-year Diploma.
Relevant and extensivework experience.
Applicants witheducation credentials earned outside of Canada should have their credentialsevaluated by World Education Services or the International QualificationsAssessment Service (IQAS).
Remuneration : $72,614.62- $96,198.96 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
The Position will require someregional, national and international travel. The most significant risk arisesfrom stress as a result of deadlines, multiplicity of tasks, and complexity ofposition requirements.
