Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Preston team on a temp to perm basis!
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Be the first point of contact for customers regarding any queries they have with their account.
- Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have.
- Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions.
- Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues.
- Perform adhoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
- Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations.
- Flexible from 6am - midnight for rotational shift patterns, i.e., 6 - 12pm, 9 - 5pm, 3pm - 12pm, etc.
- Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles.
- Able to work in a team setting as well as independently.
- Strong IT skills.
Please note you will need to be able to pass DBS checks.
