Enterprise retail company is looking for a talented Team Experience Partner to join their dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implementing people strategies that identify, attract, develop and retain talent and are aligned to delivering the broader business strategy.
- Developing strong partnerships with the leaders across our business, and coaching them to deliver outcomes to the teams, customers, and communities.
- Building leadership capability deep into our talent pipeline, leveraging available programs.
- Partnering with leaders to enhance team and customer engagement, with a commercial mindset and drive for continuous improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to leaders on trends in people data.
- Maximise the effectiveness of the people plan by tailoring its delivery to the unique needs of your portfolio of stores.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a similar role.
- Prior experience in a People Partnering role essential.
- Experience in leading and coaching through change initiatives.
- Strong relationship management background.
- Proven experience in maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
