The Role
An opportunity has come up for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of Commercial and Industrial across Sydney Metropolitan assets.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of tenant relationships
- Assist with and management of CAPEX projects
- Conduct onsite property inspections
- Delivery of annual budget
- Maintain all property admin in order
