About the role:
As a Product Content Marketing Specialist at Tyro, you will be instrumental in enhancing awareness, consideration, and adoption of our products by creating compelling content for every stage of the buyer journey.
You will collaborate across various departments to define, develop, and deliver effective, scalable product content. Measuring and optimising the effectiveness of this content will be essential to your success in this role.
Please note, this is an initial 12 month Fixed-Term Contract .
What you'll do:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive product content strategy based on a deep understanding of Tyro’s customers, products, and business use cases. Map touchpoints in the buyer journey to integrate product content effectively.
Content Creation & Management: Produce and maintain high-quality content for various channels, including blog posts, articles, infographics, demo videos, and website content.
Content Support & Collaboration: Assist other marketers and stakeholders by providing advice, playbooks, and guidance to enhance content development skills.
Analytics & Optimisation: Utilise analytics tools to track content performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and test content across the website. Inform content-led strategies throughout the buyer journey using data and research.
Customer & Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of Tyro’s customers, competitors, and products. Ensure content addresses customer needs and pain points at each stage of the buyer journey by leveraging research and data.
GTM & Product Marketing Support: Manage product content requirements for go-to-market (GTM) motions and support general product marketing tasks, including customer value proposition (CVP) and messaging development.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in understanding product marketing and marketing products to drive education.
- Proven experience as a product and/or content marketer, or similar role (ideally within financial services).
- Excellent writing and editing skills of content across various platforms.
- Knowledge of CMS, CRO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to track and report on content performance and optimise strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
