Job Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to support a multi-year Defence program to deliver an enterprise Health Knowledge Management System. This capability will enable better clinical decision making for the ADF.
A day in life' will see you:
- Administration of project registers including the compilation of reports and project correspondence (both internal and external to the customer).
- Provide secretariat and coordination support to Project meetings, including assisting with the creation of meeting materials (agendas and minutes).
- Assist with document and artefact configuration control for project data.
- Provide input and suggestions for continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Provide facilitation support to Project Managers and leads in the preparation of contract deliverables, i.e., formatting and quality checks.
- Provide general support for facilities management and office management including on-boarding/off-boarding, catering, group travel, and event management.
