We are looking for a content designer for a critical digital product within NSW Gov. The product’s core objective is to provide ‘an easy, trusted way to find information and manage strata matters for everyone living in NSW’. The Digital team works collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to provide the best digital solutions for the people of NSW.
Your day-to-day
- Enable and contribute to refinement of the core product proposition and business vision.
- Collaborate closely with other experienced specialists in product management, service design, engineering, business analysis, communications, customer support, policy and more.
- Analyse and provide recommendations to improve digital product notifications, UI and website wording and paper-based reporting forms to improve customer experience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies as required.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a track record of:
- Working collaboratively in a cross-functional, digital development team, in an Agile project environment.
- Exceptional web content writing skills and experience working within brand guidelines, ensuring consistency of voice and style.
- Effectively translating complex information into plain English, while balancing accessibility, inclusion, and regulatory requirements.
- Commitment to dealing with sensitive material with confidentiality, showing sound judgement and maturity.
