Territory Manager (SE NSW) - Agronomy Solutions - Lucan Exclusive
The Company
Our client is a highly respected emerging national market leader in the Agricultural Agronomy solutions industry. They have built their reputation and success on providing innovative and highly effective solutions along with their customer service approach and reliability. Solving problems with unique solutions that provide clients with real long-term value and service is the cornerstone of their offerings. Currently they are looking to employ an Agronomist in the South Eastern region of NSW.
The Opportunity
Your role will be responsible for:
- Promoting effective solutions utilizing their expansive and specialized product range, promoting a scientifically & market proven product range to agronomists, dealers, retailers, and resellers.
- Identifying and promoting technical solutions to meet the needs of various farmers and farming operations through channels and resellers.
- Developing and maintaining close customer relationships by comprehensively understanding the needs of your clients and developing effective and long-term solutions.
- Building and executing an effective territory sales plan and call cycle plan.
- Developing market-specific and targeted protocols and initiating trials.
- Providing R&D with technical feedback for product innovation and development.
You
- Sales experience within agronomy or a related field within agriculture (preferred not essential).
- Technical aptitude within agri-science, chemicals, or plant nutrition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Results-oriented and the ability to work towards achieving budgets.
The Rewards
Your salary package will include a highly competitive base salary of up to $130K + company car or car allowance, super & commission.
