We are looking for a highly experienced/ senior Program Manager with extensive experience in managing complex programs in heavily regulated environments. This hands-on role demands a deep understanding of program governance, robust stakeholder management, and expertise in working across multiple business divisions and units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Payroll Remediation Program with a hands-on approach.
- Ensure effective program governance and establish best practices for ways of working.
- Engage and manage relationships with C-suite executives and Steerco committees.
- Oversee vendor and contract management to ensure program success.
- Coordinate across various business divisions to drive alignment and achieve program objectives.
Requirements: - Must have extensive experience in program management (10+ years) within complex, highly-regulated Tier 1 environments.
- Demonstrated experience in Payroll/ HR related programs which have been successfully delivered in the aforementioned environments.
- Strong track record of hands-on management and effective program governance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working with C-suite executives and Steerco committees.
- Expertise in vendor and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage across multiple business units.
Additional Information: - Daily rate or salary (if preferred) to be discussed.
- Length of contract is flexible for the right candidate.
- Must be Melbourne based.
