Duties
Working as a team alongside another Sales & Leasing Assistant, some of your tasks will include:
- Supporting a team of 12 negotiators with their administrators
- Drafting advice and letters for property sales and leases
- Document & file management and scanning
- Preparing proposals and undertaking research
- Booking Auctions and updating calendars
Specific requirements:
- Previous experience in an Admin or support role
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and InDesign preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
- A desire to be in Real Estate as a career would be an advantage
- Live within an easy commute of Parramatta
