A relative newcomer to the CBD market, our client has quickly cemented their place by taking the mantle of No. 1 in the marketplace. Given their geographic location, they are specialists in apartments (mainly high-end), which means nicer property to list & sell, and higher commissions!
Duties
Role
With separate Admin and Marketing support as part of the office, this role is dedicated to working with buyers and prospecting for new listings. Working alongside this multi-award winning Director, your day to day will include:
- Communicating with buyers around upcoming opens, off market listings etc
- Undertaking prospecting around current listings
- Creating connections with Building and Strata Managers
- Building and calling/cleaning the database
- Preparing for and attending open Homes and private inspections
Requirements
Due to the marketplace and calibre of clientele, you will come to this role with some experience in real estate prospecting and the sales process.
You Will Also Have
- A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Car and drivers license
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Experience using RPdata and real estate software/databases
