Customer Service Officer | Australia-VIC-Kew
A bit about the role …
We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our amazing Wholesale Customer Service team .
You will manage a specific portfolio of channels and act in an account management capacity to ensure all orders are not only input correctly, but managed and delivered within the designated delivery window. You will also be communicating with customers & our sales teams on a daily basis.
What will I be doing?
- Manage the end to end EDI order management process from receipt to dispatch.
- Manage key portfolios such as Myer & TK Maxx and develop strong and lasting relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor and prioritise stock; push required orders to pick to ensure that delivery windows are met.
- Analyse and manage claim requests; liaising with Accounts Receivable as well as our customers.
- Work closely with key stakeholders such as our Warehouse, sales teams, customers & carriers.
- Maintain all databases including AS400 & Salesforce.
- Ad hoc projects/tasks as required.
What experience do I have?
- Previous experience within a customer service/account management role, ideally in a retail, wholesale or manufacturing environment.
- Organisational skills to manage key portfolios and effectively develop relationships.
- High attention to detail; fast data entry skills.
- Ability to quickly pick up new systems.
- Enthusiasm and passion for providing top class customer service.
- The ability to work as a team player as well as autonomously.
