The Panther Group is seeking
REMOTE Bilingual Member Service Representatives for our client in the Worcester, MA area. Eligible candidates must live within a driving distance of the of the Worcester, MA.
***Must have 1 year of call center experience working in a remote environment***RESPONSIBILITES - Receive incoming calls to address concerns and utilize the tools and resources the company has provided to assist in providing resolution and / or additional resources for callers.
- Ability to navigate through the tools and resources and stay on script when assisting callers.
- Demonstrate professionalism while dealing with external callers and internal teammates.
REQUIREMENTS:- MUST have at minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- MUST have previous experience working remote
- Prefer bilingual candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to train for at least 6 weeks with no time off requested granted
- Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
- Technically savvy - ability to work on multiple screens and systems with ease and able to learn new software quickly
- Must complete and pass assessments to be qualified to interview
- Live within a 60 mile radius of the Worcester, MA
PAY RATE:English: $18.00 per hour
Bilingual: $20.00 per hour
