Role Overview:-
As the Employee Relations Manager at IgniteAndRise, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing a harmonious workplace, managing the candidate journey, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees. Your responsibilities will encompass employee engagement, conflict resolution, and the continuous enhancement of employee relations practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
Employee Relations Strategy: Design and implement strategies that align with our company’s goals and core values.
Candidate Journey Management: Oversee the entire candidate process, including group discussions, interviews, compensation negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience and providing support at each stage.
Onboarding Excellence: Manage and assist in the onboarding of new employees, ensuring their successful integration into the company.
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for employee relations inquiries, addressing grievances and conflicts promptly and effectively.
⚖️ Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees and management, fostering clear communication and resolution.
Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions on company policies, conflict resolution, and best practices in employee relations.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, guiding managers through the review process.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations issues and resolutions.
Reporting: Prepare reports and analyses on employee relations trends for senior leadership.
Collaborative Onboarding: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on current employee relations trends and identify opportunities to enhance our processes.
️♂️ Verification & Background Checks: Conduct verification and background checks as part of the hiring process.
Candidate Motivation: Encourage and support candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure their engagement and successful integration.
Daily Reporting:
Submit accurate and timely daily reports to your Reporting Manager.
Compensation Details:-
1. Please review the job description thoroughly.
2. The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining.
3. During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹10,000 awarded for each candidate whose Onboarding process is successfully completed.
4. ️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
5. After the initial Six
months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, which will include a 10-40% increase based on performance and tenure.
6.Basic Salary: ₹30,000 per month , payable upon the completion of your contract. Early departure will forfeit the basic salary.
7.Total Basic Earnings: ₹1,80,000 for a 6-month period .
