Designation: B2B Sales Trainer
Responsibilities: • Design, plan, organize and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives. • Work closely with Business Unit Head and have a full understanding of the Business unit and implement effective learning solutions inclusive of need analysis design, development, implementation, reporting, and evaluation. • Conduct pre-sales demo and post-sales product training in all schools to support sales & marketing team. • Conduct Induction & Refresher training for sales team. • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. • Ability to handle objections and problems presented by clients and convert them into solutions. • Prepare all MIS reports related to the Training & Development
Requirements: • 3 to 6 years of experience in Training / Sales training preferably in Education, IT training and certification, assessments, or other professional skill development industry. • In-depth knowledge of training and sales process and best practices • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
