This position will be trained in Thailand factory for about 3 months, and then sent to India to take charge of the Indian market.
岗位职责:Responsibilities
联系跟进国际客户,与客户签订销售合同,下单安排生产;
Contact and follow up international customers, sign sales contracts with customers, place orders and arrange production;
洽谈业务,产品报价,配板、跟进项目;
Business negotiation, product quotation, matching and following up projects;
明确产品的质量和包装要求、熟悉产品 特性,向客户说明产品性能、规格、用途、使用注意事项等;
Clear product quality and packaging requirements, familiar with product characteristics, explain product performance, specifications, uses, use precautions, etc.;
就客户订单与计划沟通,确认或调整交期;
Communicate with customers and PMC, confirm or adjust delivery time;
客户应收账款对账、确认货款回收;
Customer accounts receivable reconciliation, confirm payment recovery;
跟进客户投诉,退货,协助开展客户满意度调查。
Follow up customer complaints, return goods and assist with customer satisfaction surveys.
任职要求:
Requirement
本科或以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销等相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing or related;
熟悉国际销售模式,有2年以上外贸业务经验,熟悉进出口业务流程,熟悉印度市场;
Familiar with international sales model, more than 2 years of foreign trade business experience, familiar with import and export business process, familiar with the Indian market;
良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神;
Good communication skills and team spirit;
英语口语流利。
Fluent in Oral English.
