Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Content & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating Website & SEO-optimized content, and managing email campaigns across a range of businesses. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, with a strong ability to drive engagement and support broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and target key audiences through relevant social media channels, including and Instagram.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to refine strategies and tactics.
2. SEO & Website Management:
- Create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and website content to boost organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility.
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and tone, including writing for landing pages, blogs, whitepapers, brochures, case studies, video scripts, podcasts, and other marketing assets.
3. Content Creation & Management:
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze content performance and audience feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
4. Email Campaign Creation:
- Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
- Create personalized and segmented email content for diverse audience groups.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
5. Copy Review & Quality Control:
- Oversee the review and editing of all copies to ensure it meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough checks on all content to maintain accuracy and consistency across platforms.
6. PR & Brand Advocacy:
Develop Press Release drafts for key firm announcements based on briefs from the Management Committee or Marketing Head
- Promote the company’s mission, values, and services through consistent and compelling social media communication.
- Act as a brand ambassador in all digital interactions, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company.
7. Awards & Submissions
- Work with Awards and Submissions teams to finalize the content for submissions to various awards, legal directories, and league tables
- Proofread and structure the content in order to clearly articulate the firm/practice-specific narrative
8. Collaboration:
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content.
- Partner with design and marketing teams to align content with brand campaigns and overall marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven experience in creating and managing successful social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders at various levels and support initiatives with compelling content.
- Attention to detail with a thorough understanding of content requirements and brand guidelines.
- Proven ability to follow brand and content guidelines, with a commitment to ethics and zero tolerance for plagiarism.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
