About of the role:-
The BD-Manager is a key position within the organization; working closely with senior
management and other support functions, the individual will be primarily responsible for
growing the business by developing relationships with suitable landlords and partners
with prime locations for rapid opening of new Footprints at Lower Rental, High level
negotiations with partners will be required.
We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical
and Collaborative role.
Following is the background we are looking for:
An ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our
Footprints. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create
and apply an effective deal of New Kitchens/Warehouse/offices.
- Should be Graduate in any field.
- High level negotiation skill, Vendor Management , Excellent Communication is must.
- Well versed with property laws & Compliance
- 4 to 6 years of significant experience in real estate
Designation –Business Development Manager - Property Acquisition
Determines organization's need for additional store or office space and research
locations to determine appropriateness. Research, negotiates and elects to purchase
short- and long-term lease agreements that meet the organization's goals. Performs
inspections on possible property acquisitions. Monitors trends and developments to
ensure organizational goals are met. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved
budgets. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Training personnel and
helping team members develop their skills
Working closely with other functions to have smooth opening of new Kitchens/offices in
set timeline.
Department - Business Development - Property Acquisition
Roles & Responsibilities -
• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
• Identify business opportunities & perform market research to determine new business
leads & potential projects.
• Select, train & develop direct reporters & other subordinates to ensure continuous
improvement of business development function.
• Conduct periodic performance appraisal in line with the company’s performance
management program.
• Lead the business development team according to set objectives & initiate market
analysis,
review process ensuring that the senior management team are kept fully up to date
• Responsible for registrations for relevant business activities/ segments in new
geographies /markets in line with company objective / business plan
• Conduct a detailed market research to understand & gather intelligence about
competitor companies in the region
• Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely
completion & submission of pre-qualification document
• Ensures the completion of tasks within acceptable time frames through the
preparation, review and management of schedules by coordinating and managing participants.
• Drives the development process by updating schedules, budgets, timelines, financial
Information, projections and closings as necessary.
• Performs other tasks as required
Skills Set Required-:
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to identify and resolve problems and develop alternative solutions in a timely
manner
• Excellent analytical skills able to build a strategy from various data points
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (excel, word, and project) and
Google applications, preferred.
• Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional team
• Candidates should have excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
