Job Title: Process Improvement Lead
Location: Gurugram, India
Reports To: Quality Manager
Job Summary:
The Process Improvement Lead is responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing process improvement initiatives across the organization.
This role focuses on increasing efficiency, reducing waste, enhancing productivity, and improving overall operational effectiveness. The Process Improvement Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify areas for the improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Design and map out optimized processes that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive operational excellence
- Manage and execute process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Communicate changes and updates effectively to all stakeholders
- Design content, SOPs and process maps
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices
- Develop and execute change management plans, including training, communication, and support activities
- Mapping out the customer journey to identify and streamline all the process gaps
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base in any CRM tool
- Integrate all insights into the knowledge base for measurement, action, and communication.
- Conduct regular meetings with the CS team to identify areas of improvement
- Conduct mystery shopping audits to ensure quality adherence.
- Identify potential risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
- English Fluency is a MUST
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project management roles
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives in a corporate environment
- Experience with process modeling, data analysis, and project management tools
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is preferred
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HTML for KB and Help Center Design
- Has designed content with knowledge on content creation tools
