As a Security Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety and security at the Gurgaon Campus, ensuring a secure environment for visitors, tenants, staff, and assets. This role requires strong leadership, vigilance, and the ability to develop and implement effective security measures while coordinating with local authorities and security agencies.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security plans, protocols, and policies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring access control, patrolling, and surveillance systems.
- Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure that all security equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control systems) is fully operational and properly maintained.
- Prepare and implement emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and incident reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact during security incidents, coordinating responses with internal teams and external agencies.
- Liaise with local law enforcement, fire departments, and other emergency services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on security metrics, incidents, and improvement plans to senior management.
- Develop and enforce security protocols for access control, visitor management, and tenant interactions.
- Address and resolve security-related concerns raised by tenants and visitors.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management, preferably in commercial real estate or hospitality.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and complex security operations.
- Knowledge of local laws, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in security systems and technologies (CCTV, access control, etc.).
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to risk management.
