Kopi Kenangan, the first SEA F&B Unicorn, with more than 950 coffee retail chain across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore is hiring a Assistant Brand Manager in Gurgaon Delhi, India .
As a Assistant Brand Manager at Kenangan Coffee India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategies to drive brand penetration; transactions & profitable sales to the company; build clear brand proposition (via product, pricing, menu, channel, customer experience and communications) to gain penetrations and win in the F&B industry.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years' marketing experience in F&B, QSR , Retail or Consumer Goods Industry in India .
- Hands-on experience of in-store communications; brand communications planning and roll-out; sales performance tracking & development; menu management, product innovations & launches; market research & analytics and A&P management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven campaign management experience.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends, detail and budget management.
Responsibilities:
Business/ Marketing Mix Development & Implementations
- Establish key objectives to drive brand growth.
- Development & Roll Out of brand specific Core pillar & Repeatable Value pillar
- Sales performance tracking and development of sales gap measures.
Brand Communication planning, Development & Roll Out
- Drive on-time plans roll out and marketing execution excellence for National & In-Store specific campaigns.
- Development of instore communications material, ATL and BTL communications and media plan for campaign roll out.
Menu Management, Product Innovations & Launches
- Development of menu product needs based on understanding of market, competition and customer purchase behavior. This includes menu, product, pricing, profitability study and promotion mechanism.
- Develop and roll out of new product innovations/renovations.
Partnership & Collaborations
- Initiation and Evaluation of potential partnership to drive brand growth and improve brand proposition.
Market Research & Analytics
- Internal analytics on overall business growth drivers, menu mix, promotion effectiveness, post launch evaluations and customer purchase behavior analysis
- External analytics on overall brand health, penetrations and conversions
A&P Management
- Communication/ Activation and Marketing plan budget planning, monitoring and tracking
