Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also be involved in market research, competitor analysis, and developing strategies to drive business growth in the EV charging sector.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the solar and EV charging industries
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Experience in managing Key Accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
