Job Responsibilities and duties:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Consumer/Corporate brand clients.
- Understand client objectives, business goals, and brand identity.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.
Project Oversight:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute PR campaigns.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, manage timelines and monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables and meet client expectations.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to develop PR strategies aligned with their business objectives.
- Pitch creative ideas, innovative approaches, and new product launches.
- Identify opportunities for brand exposure and reputation enhancement.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify new business prospects within the hospitality industry.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
Event Coordination:
- Oversee and coordinate events, product launches, and media engagements.
- Ensure seamless execution, from planning to post-event analysis.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise account managers, associates, and other team members.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Support the HR team in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for your team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 9-10 years of experience in PR, preferably with a focus on Consumer/FMCG/Corporate
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven success in client management and project execution.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry and it’s unique challenges.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and management.
