Position : Business Development Executive
Job description :
- Should possess an excellent English communication.
- Should have minimum 4+ years’ experience in IT Sales, outbound calling and lead generation.
- Should focus on IT Services sales to key markets including USA, UK, Australia, NZ, Europe and Middle East.
- Must have a minimum 2 - 3 years experience with international clients including from the USA, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients and timely follow up.
- Should have good experience in managing Clients relationship to increase business and identify new opportunities for the organization
- Responsible for handling clients’ accounts independently.
- Responsible for achieving the assigned targets and meet the organizational goal.
- Responsible for generating Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Annual reports.
- Ability to understand US accent will be an added advantage.
- Doing datamining activities for the targeted market and regions as per the management’s requirements time to time.
- Creating and maintaining database for different verticals as per the instruction from the Management.
- Need to send emails, run campaigns on a daily basis and update the report on daily basis.
- Setting up the meeting with the management team and updating it in the calendars.
- Send the follow up emails to the prospects/clients as per requirements.
- Knowledge of keyword search and creating database of the companies including decision makers and keeping it updated time to time.
- Provide daily activity report to the management.
