Job Title: Field HR
Location: Gujarat
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Recruit and onboard team members for existing and new Pizza Hut stores.
- Manage induction and joining formalities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Conduct regular store visits and HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee attendance management and maintain employee records accurately.
- Manage compliance with labor laws, including PF, ESIC, and updates to Aadhar and PAN information.
- Address and resolve government notices in a timely manner.
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Implement and manage rewards and recognition programs to boost employee morale.
- Facilitate employee development initiatives, including training and upskilling programs.
Store & Workforce Management:
- Support store management in hiring and maintaining staffing levels.
- Ensure proper implementation and functionality of HRMS and biometric systems at all store locations.
- Manage personal files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
Labor Cost Control:
- Monitor and control labor costs in line with budgetary constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and other HR-related software is an advantage.
