Description:
It is a hands-on Independent Contributor role wherein the Recruiter is expected to work on Canada based IT positions.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2-10 years of experience with Canada IT Recruitment.
- Manage & fulfil end to end Canada based IT requirements for Full-time and contract hiring.
- Experience in Bulk-hiring in the Canada market.
- Extensive experience in sourcing using Job Portals and social media (, Twitter, GitHub, etc.)
- Extremely good at stakeholder management.
- Very good in managing escalations, data-driven individual.
- Good candidate pipeline building & mapping skills.
- Good at reactive & proactive recruitment.
- Track-record of Quality over Quantity.
- Exceptionally good at negotiations and selling the organization to the candidates.
- Experience in building good pipeline of Employee Referrals and further translate these referrals into “hiring numbers”.
- Experience working with ATS.
- Extremely confident while communicating with the internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Passionate about recruitment and willing to go for extra mile to close the positions.
- Individual who loves candidate engagement to the core and ensures smooth onboarding experience for each hire.
- Good listening skills and ability to articulate their thought process through emails, telephonic conversations, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with any of the job boards Dice/Monster/Indeed and any ATS.
- Knowledgeable about T4/Work Permit/PR – Canada
- Experience with Bilingual (French/English) candidate sourcing will be a huge plus.
