Job Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Intangles plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. This individual will be responsible for building a robust pipeline of potential clients by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, tools like Zoom Info and networking
Outreach and qualification of leads: Engage with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce Intangles' products and services and qualifying leads for further engagement
Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and conversion
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to effectively position our products in the market
Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication with prospects, providing timely follow-ups and addressing inquiries
Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects, helping to refine messaging and product offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or telematics environment
- Must be available to work during Eastern Time Zone hours
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms and tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Outreach.io).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
