Roles & Responsibilities:
Ads Optimization
1.Performance Max (Pmax) In-Depth understanding of the Pmax creative types, campaign structures, tROAS targets, optimizations and creative excellency strategy to drive sales at an efficient CPS and Conversion rate.
2.Understand contribution of Ad campaigns to business category sales and optimize campaign basis business goals.
3.Monitor key campaign metrics like sessions, ROAS, CPS, CPI and prepare insightful reports.
4.Analyze Pmax campaign’s short term and long term business impact via MMP platform data; analyze acquired user’s LTV, cohort and retention metrics.
5.Improve Pmax signals continuously to improve campaign performance.
Search, Display and YT Ads
1.Running search and text ads on Google Search to drive app installs.
2.Utilizing visual banners and other formats across Google Display Network to reach potential users.
3.Leveraging video ads to promote the app on YouTube, utilizing TrueView and other formats.
4.Understanding of YT mastheads vs bumper Ad performance; set specific goals to monitor performance.
Demand Generation
1.Creating demand gen campaigns to increase traffic and AB test optimization to achieve business targets.
2.Use audience segmentation and personalized messaging to attract high-quality users
3.Analyze cohort and post back metrics for users acquired to further optimize in-app actions.
META Ads
1.Demonstrate strong understanding of types of Ad campaigns, optimizations, creatives & ad text formats, audiences and analytics on Facebook and Instagram
2.Creating and analyzing AAA campaigns and it’s post back metrics with strong understanding iOS Skad Network data reporting
3.Analyze install metrics and align budgets in accordance with business goals
4.Improve audience signals and set up relevant user data flow from MMP to META for re-targeting the users via Ads.
iOS Campaigns
1.Understanding the nuances of advertising on the iOS platform, including compliance with Apple's guidelines and utilizing iOS-specific ad formats
2.Leveraging Apple Search Ads and other iOS-specific ad networks effectively
3.Optimizing campaigns to enhance visibility in the App Store and improve App store conversion rates (App Store Optimization, or ASO)
4.Comprehensive knowledge of SKAN data and insights and how to optimize campaigns for iOS audiences across Facebook, Snapchat, Google & other channels
5.Implementing rapid scaling tactics and optimizing campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI.
6.Constantly testing and iterating on creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
Other Key Skills:
•Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics such as Cost Per Install (CPI), Conversion Rate, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV) of users.
•Testing & Experimentation: Conducting A/B tests and experiments to refine strategies and improve performance continuously.
•Budget Management: Allocating and optimizing budgets across different channels based on performance and goals.
•Targeting: Implement precise targeting strategies using the advanced tools and options available on each platform (e.g., Google’s in-market audiences, Meta’s custom audiences, Snapchat’s location-based targeting).
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
•Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in Google ads, App install ads & content creation for Snapchat, Tik Tok Ads
•3+ years of experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS
•Work experience in retail/e-commerce framework is a plus
•Analytical mindset for budget planning & data interpretation
•Certifications from platforms like Google Ads (Google Ads certification), Facebook (Facebook Blueprint certification), HubSpot, etc., demonstrate proficiency in specific areas of digital marketing is a plus.
