- Must have Functional & Technical knowledge.
- Knowledge of the US Visas.
- Experience with W2, 1099, C2C, C2H, Temp, and Permanent Staffing with Direct Clients.
- Sharp observation in assessing the JD to establish the best understanding of the Clients’ needs.
- Construct Boolean Search Strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery.
- Screening, filtering & shortlisting resumes accordingly
- Sourcing Skills to find Relevant and Quality candidates from the Database, Job Portals, Job Boards, Job Posting, Mass Mailing, Internet Searches, References, etc. within the stipulated time.
- Initial screening skills over the Telephone, Video Call, etc., to establish much-needed Legitimacy of a Candidature, as a must perform the task before submitting them to the clients.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc...
- Salary/Rate Negotiation Skills to Earn a Win-Win situation for #Candidates, #Vendors, etc.
