Job Description:
Skyline Lubes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence by engaging with potential clients, conducting market research, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in various industries to expand Skyline Lubes’ customer base.
Field Work: Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential and existing clients, understanding their lubrication needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Market Survey/Research: Conduct market surveys and research to gather insights into industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities. Use this information to develop and adjust marketing strategies.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the lubricant, automotive, or industrial sectors.
Skills:
· Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
· Ability to conduct detailed market research and analysis.
