About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Ecommerce Sales Consultant to drive the growth and success of our e-commerce division. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and boosting overall sales while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Eyewear Consulting: Recommend and sell eyewear, lenses, and other optical products to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service, respect, and enthusiasm.
- Order Coordination: Work closely with relevant departments from the moment of order placement to final delivery, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
- Customer Communication: Keep clients informed about their order status, delivery, and shipment details, and provide any other necessary information.
- Problem Resolution: Act promptly to resolve any customer issues or complaints, striving to maximize satisfaction.
- Sales Boosting: Generate leads and boost sales through WhatsApp and email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proactive Attitude: Must be self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional Communication: Remarkable communication skills are essential.
- Fashion & Styling Savvy: A keen interest in fashion and styling, especially in the luxury sector, is highly desirable.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Luxury Brand Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury brands, especially within the eyewear industry, is preferred.
Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi (subject to change)
Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
