The Opportunity
Servotech Power Systems Ltd., a leading Indian innovator in EV charging and solar solutions, seeks a passionate and result-oriented individual to spearhead our international EV charger sales division. This is a unique opportunity for a self-driven leader to build a thriving export vertical from the ground up, shaping the future of sustainable transportation on a global level.
Who You Are:
- •A seasoned sales professional (8+ years) with a proven track record of success in solar, power electronics (inverters, batteries), EV Chargers or a related field.
- •Possess a deep understanding of international EV charger markets, trends, and regulations.
- •Adept at building strong relationships with international distributors and partners.
- •A strategic thinker with a knack for developing and executing winning sales and marketing plans.
- •Experience in managing the entire export business cycle, including sales, marketing, supply chain, product certification, and exhibition management.
- •A team builder with the ability to create, motivate, and lead a high-performing exports team.
- •Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- •Proficiency in the English language and strong computer skills (CRM, ERP) are a must.
What You'll Do:
- •Develop and implement a comprehensive international EV charger sales strategy.
- •Identify and secure partnerships with qualified distributors in key markets globally.
- •Manage the entire export process, from product certification to logistics and after-sales support.
- •Oversee international marketing activities, such as trade shows and promotional campaigns.
- •Build and lead a high-performing export team, acting as a coach and a mentor.
- •Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure Servotech remains at the forefront of the EV charging industry at the global level
