Roles/Responsibilities:
• Responsible for expanding and growing UnionPay Card acceptance (both online & offline) into new and untapped categories.
• Building and supporting relationships with key stakeholders (merchants, acquirers and gateway providers) and developing tangible value and assets – elevating and deepening the overall UnionPay Card engagement with acquirers and acceptance stakeholders as a key customer segments.
• Coordinate with local acquiring and regulatory entities to ensure all local merchants’ locations have the UnionPay logo or branded signage for brand awareness.
• Monitor and enforce UnionPay rules with merchants and acquirers; Handle all reporting and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Provide general administrative servicing for existing and new UnionPay Issuing and Acquiring member institutions.
All about you:
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5-7 years’ relevant experiences in card acquiring/ merchant industry; Knowledge of payments / financial industry is essential.
• Self-driven, organized and pro-active with ability to multi task.
• Creative and commercially focused with excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese a plus.
